I woke up feeliing really good today. I thought that it would be right before bedtime before I would make the time to do day two of my challenge, but I woke up this morning and did my 35 mason twists, and then I looked at my schedule and found out it was only 30. So yay for me for doing more than I was suppose to! I even chose to jog in place for a good 10 minutes, and for those who know me, know that I REALLY dislike running or jogging, but as I sit here I find myself wanting to do it again! I am so glad that I have stuck with it, and that I made the decision to add jogging in place in addition to the abdominal challenge. Lets just hope I still feel the same way tomorrow.
